• Rooms are set up in classroom style, if you move the chairs during your session please be courtesy and move them back for the next presenter
• All rooms will also have flip charts and markers
• The APCA has data projectors but doesn't guarantee that they will be compatible with your computer or will be available at the time of your session
• We do not provide TV's or computers
• Transportation to conference, delegate fees and housing at the conference is responsibility of the presenter(s) school.
