APCA Graphic Design Competition Graphic Design submissions will be accepted from Schools, Military Installations and Associates in the following categories:   Printed Advertising: This category includes banners, posters, flyers, newspaper ads, table tents, postcards etc. There are no size or color limitations for this category.   T-shirt: This category includes event t-shirts or programming board t-shirts.   Novelty Items: This category includes buttons, balloons, cups, mugs, umbrellas, magnets etc.   Web Pages: This category includes web page design. Please submit your URL link to jess@apca.com   Awards for Graphic Design will be presented in the following categories: School and Military submissions Associate submissions   Facebook Fan Page: This category includes your programming board facebook fan page. Please submit your link to jess@apca.com

Submission Guidelines:

All graphic design submissions will be accepted on site at the conference. Please bring all submissions to the registration area during the designated conference times, please refer to the conference program for those times. All entries should be submitted as follows:

1. All submissions MUST be clearly marked with category, name of institution, military installation or agency.
2. All printed materials should be mounted on black mat board no larger than 32"X40".
3. Only one copy of each entry is needed.
4. For banner entries, mounted photos on black mat are acceptable. Please include dimensions of banner on reverse side.
5. For web page or Facebook submissions, please submit to jess@apca.com a week before the conference.

Important Things To Know:

• All entries must be clearly marked with institution, agency name or military installation and category.
• Limit 2 per category.
• All entries for the Graphic Design Competition will be on display in the Conference meeting area.
• Award winners will be announced towards the end of the conference.
• All materials will become the property of APCA and will be discarded after the conference.
