Booking for great new programs for your campus events? Showcases will be held in the evening hours, and will feature many never before seen artists and novelty attractions that you can use for your campus programming efforts!

APCA conferences include two dinners in the delegate registration price. These meals are a wonderful time to get together with your board or network with new contacts to discuss the educational and programming opportunities at the conference.

APCA Co-operative Buying
Need to save money? APCA Co-operative buying sessions will take place to help schools save money by block booking showcasing artists and services. Schools meet in an organized setting to stretch their programming budgets. Pre-conference workshops will be held for anyone needing information on the APCA cooperative buying program or our full time enrollment co-op discounts. Certificates Included In Fees!
Certificates for conference participation will be awarded to all delegates who qualify through their attendance at the various ed sessions, showcases and exhibit halls.

Network in APCA Exhibit Halls!
Meet new contacts, search job opening databases,book attractions for your campus programs, fly a virtual plane or stock up on the latest programming resources for your board in the APCA campus activities exhibit hall!

The APCA Exhibit Hall will feature associates (APCA member agencies, artists, speakers etc.) representing the showcasing attractions. All exhibiting associates are APCA members,and bound by APCA ethics and sensitivity guidelines.

APCA exhibit halls also have novelty showcases and an APCA resource desk for cooperative buying information, programming resource articles, job opportunities and other resource references.
