After that, all reservations taken will be based on space and rate available basis; the room prices may go up substantially. Be sure to mention you are with the APCA to receive the special rate. Reservations for rooms at Hershey Lodge are the responsibility of the school.

We recommend you arrive on March 29th.
Early registration will be open from 6pm –8:30 pm on March 29th.

Refunds: Delegate fees are nonrefundable, but a $75 credit per canceled delegate towards your choice of another APCA conference is allowable in event of cancellations (good for one year from ending date of canceled conference).

HARRISBURG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Hershey is located 15 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport (HIA). The airport is accessible to the region's major interstates and highways via a 4-lane limited access highway.

Seven major airlines operate out of HIA with over 120 daily flights to and from Harrisburg for your convenience, including direct flights from most major Eastern cities.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE
Hershey Lodge offers shuttle service to and from the airport for a minimal fee. We recommend you make arrangements for airport pick-up in advance of your arrival. To schedule, please contact us at 717-533-3311 and ask for the concierge.

VEHICLE RENTAL
Four national rental car companies are located on-site at HIA. An additional three operate from off-site locations served by a shuttle bus. Additionally, please note that an Enterprise-Rent-A-Car counter is located at Hershey Lodge in the front lobby.

Hershey is also easily accessible to Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI). Transportation is not provided but can be arranged upon request. The airport is an easy 90 minute drive from Hershey, Pennsylvania.
