Rates: $175 plus tax. All associates and artists attending conference must be registered guests at the Split Rock Resort. Resort will not charge applicable taxes if provided with PA tax exemption certificate.

Hotel Registration Deadline: March 4, 2009
After that, all reservations taken will be based on space and rate available basis, the room prices may go up substantially. Be sure to mention you are with the APCA to receive the special rate. Reservations for rooms at the Split Rock Resort are the responsibility of the school. We recommend you arriving on the April 4th.

Early registration will be open from 6pm – 9pm.

Parking: free!

Airport: Closest airport is Wilkes-Barre/Scranton or Allentown.

Refunds: Delegate fees are nonrefundable, but a $75 credit per canceled delegate towards your choice of another APCA conference is allowable in event of cancellations (good for one year from ending date of canceled conference).
