My Personal Story
Growing up s a child, I had a number of physical and mental challenges to overcome; I wore corrective shoes, failed in school, had a severe speech impediment and was sexually abused by my teacher for three years. Despite these personal setbacks, I went on to become a well sought-after conference speaker, workshop presenter and HR consultant to organizations across the United States. I am a certified Success Coach to individuals struggling with the transitions of life.

I have a MBA from American Intercontinental University and BS in Health Services Administration from Ohio University as well as post-graduate training at Harvard University from the W.E.B. Institute for Afro-American Research in Civic Engagement. I have been an accomplished human resources professional for over twenty years and serves as an Employee Relations Consultant for Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
