If your interested in being a volunteer coordinator please

All volunteers will receive:
- APCA VIP conference t-shirt
- Priority seating for showcases, meals and educational sessions
- APCA VIP badges to access backstage and office areas of the conference
- Volunteer welcome reception
- Letter of recognition and commendation from the APCA executive director
NOTE: Transportation to conference, delegate fees and housing
at conference is responsibility of the volunteers' school.
Volunteers are needed for the APCA conference in the following positions:
- APCA Stage Crew - Be a part of the APCA stage crew and help coordinate the various shows and sound checks being held in the APCA showcase
halls. Time keepers, stagehands and showcase coordinators fall into this category.
- Registration - Registration volunteers will help with the distribution of materials to arriving delegates and will prepare programs, etc. onsite. Temporary
position, usually finished by the first day.
- Educational Sessions - Volunteers in this area will assist in logistics and set up of the rooms for the presenters and confirm ed session attendance of delegates after each session.
- Exhibit Hall- These volunteers have authority over the workings of the exhibit halls, and are responsible for the collection of coop forms from the venders.
- Coop- Assistant - Will assist the Cooperative buying coordinator during the cooperative buying sessions, will interact with Exhibit Hall volunteers to
post cooperative buying forms to reports.
- Office Runners - General volunteers, run errands and help where needed..
