APCA Response to COVID-19
Our APCA Community, which consists of College and University Student Activities groups, Performers, Speakers, Agents, and Higher Education Professionals, has been greatly impacted by the current events surrounding the COVID-19 crises. We will take steps together to network, share best practices, and support each other throughout the coming weeks and months. We are developing online programming options that will be accessible to all schools and students in the country.
Our recent Northeast Spring Regional Programming Conference in Hershey, PA was live-streamed and recorded. We will be making these showcases available to members around the country, and setting up regional online cooperative buying events, so that you are able to continue to book fall activities with artists who are APCA Members (who must adhere to APCA sensitivity guidelines and are subject to APCA grievance policies).
We are currently speaking with experts in the field of student engagement to establish upcoming webinars, which will not only provide solid direction and support, but also serve as a platform for you to share ideas and brainstorm in a community of your professional peers around the country. Additional resources and online solutions for campus engagement will be added to our website throughout the upcoming weeks.

These are unprecedented and difficult times. People in all areas of engagement and entertainment are feeling the effects of these national cancellations and closures. However, we are called to strengthen and engage our campus communities, and we will adapt and continue to change lives for the better!
